You can also save the game data.

Venom
Your HP will decrease gradually. If not treated you will die.
An Antidote cures you after being poisoned.

Paralysis
You will be unable to move.
An Anti-Paralysis cures you after being paralyzed.

Curse
When cursed, your KI gauge will reach zero and you will be unable to attack and move faster, run.
An Anti-Curse removes the curse.
